Service scope
Court Nox provides software tools to support jury and court operations. Court Nox is not legal advice and not an emergency service.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, scraping, or reverse engineering.
- Do not submit false identity or questionnaire data.
Unauthorized access warning
Unauthorized access to protected systems may violate 18 U.S.C. § 1030 (CFAA) and other laws.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nox LLC disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages arising from use of the service.
