Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorized access attempts or privilege escalation.
• Interference with availability, integrity, or security controls.
• Automated extraction or scraping outside approved interfaces.
• Accessing data outside authorized role scope.

CFAA notice

Unauthorized access to protected systems may violate 18 U.S.C. § 1030 (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act), along with state and federal laws.

Monitoring and enforcement

Access and activity may be monitored, logged, and investigated. Violations may result in suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.
